I’ve considered that with the warthog name too. Just an interesting question of what performance nameplate they have that isn’t currently in use and would fit.The only thing that makes me think it may not be called a Bronco Raptor is that it doesnt make sense to name it after two different animals. Same as a Bronco Warthog.
It makes total sense, branding-wise, but it would just be a strange name to me.
Probably call it a Bronco Max or some shit...
Trim is good. After thinking about this more, clearly its going to be a trim.
On one hand, I agree that it doesn't make any sense logically. But from a branding or cool-sounding standpoint, it totally works. Just like Mustang Cobra. The only thing that makes me think it may not be called a Bronco Raptor is that it doesnt make sense to name it after two different animals. Same as a Bronco Warthog.

True. While I was writing my comment I was trying to think if Ford had done something like that before and forgot about the Cobra. On one hand, I agree that it doesn't make any sense logically. But from a branding or cool-sounding standpoint, it totally works. Just like Mustang Cobra.
Trogdor the BroncinatorThinking about the target demo here...
...TROGDOR!!!
The Trogdor name may provide an aspirational appeal to Millennial and Gen Z fans, but due to the expected price point for the Warthog ($75,000+), I suspect most of the actual buyers will be in the Boomer or early Gen X demographics.Thinking about the target demo here...
