Flares are very easy to remove if you take your time. Since I'm at the dealership I just looked up the R&I procedure through the Ford website. My suggestion is to replace the body clips that hold them on instead of trying to reuse them.

I’d love the clip part number. My dealer can’t find it for the raptor flares.

My shop had to order them from somewhere ... they knew what they were but it took them a few days. Lots of them broke on the way off and there are a lot of them per flare. He said these flares are NOT like the regular Bronco flares that are super easy on and off...
