Bronco Raptor seatbelt reminder removal ForScan instructions!!

Not sure if this has been discussed here yet or not. I have been digging since I got this vehicle few weeks ago. I used this and so far I have seen no issues and it works. The dreaded reminder is banished!!!!

Sorry I am bit confused on what you did. It says from a Ranger XLT, so did you add those lines of code in the IPC section of the Raptor? This is the only thing I have left I want to get rid of because it is super annoying. I don’t remember seeing that section on my 2024 Raptor.

Go to IPC as built. The lines are there. I changed the values to all zeros. No more seat belt reminder b.s. So far everything else seems to be normal. And I am super happy to be rid of it. Yes, it is from the ranger6g forum but I took a gamble due to desperation to get rid of this!!! Lol

I'm not understanding why you want to remove the seatbelt reminder. I wear them when on public roads, so the reminder isn't a problem. I unfasten them when on really rough roads so I can get out quickly. But the reminder is easy to ignore. Or does the Raptor have a more obnoxious reminder?

Yes the raptor has a way more obnoxious reminder. And if for any reason someone unbuckles while driving and buckles right back up it will stay on the screen until you turn the vehicle off and back on. It's pretty ridiculous. It was not an issue on my 22 obx.

I can't wait to try this! It's not so much a, "Hey remember to buckle" reminder as it is a "hey, your buckled" notice that stays up way to long.

I know right. As of today, working like a charm with no other known side effects! Couldn't be happier.

Thanks for putting up the forscan solution, but for any other raptor owners that don’t want to go through that you could easily just buckle all three rear seats and it will go away quickly.

It’s mainly displayed so long just for the rear seats and if they’re buckled, it will go away one second after you buckle the front seat and if you buckle up before you start the car, you will never see it.

With this, there are zero seatbelt pop-ups and no flashy seat belt minder. Perfect for me! I wear a seat belt for a living, don't need a computer to tell me to put it on.

I just updated my 23 and this fixed the center cluster issue that we all scream about. Even when you put it in accessary the seat belt graphic is now gone and soo is it popping up when you unbuckle a seat. I just zeroed out the 4 as built line items.
