Holy articulation! Nice pic.Out at Sand Hollow
I'll be in Moab next month. Any difficult obstacles on that trail? I've read so many different things about it online that I don't know what to believe. Finally got out last weekend and got to do the Tower Arch trail in Arches National Park. Beautiful day and varied terrain from sand dune, wash, rock crawling and Baja running! Got to try out all the Goat modes and see what it can do! This BRaptor rocks! Sorry, didn’t get too many action shots. ;-) was too busy having fun!
We did the trail starting from the south end off Willow Springs road and north to Tower Arch. (Make sure you stop at Eye of the Whale Arch! Near the beginning of the Tower Arch trail. Great place to explore!). From the south end to Tower Arch not to many challenging obstacles. The pictures I posted above on the rock was the biggest challenge and not to hard. Mostly sandy washes and a Little Rock. Lots of fun! However, on the north end from Tower Arch out to Sand Flats road is about a 1/2 mile of rocky terrain that will take you awhile to get through. It is not smooth sandstone but very rough rocky surface. A couple of ledges but nothing to big. Put it in crawl mode and creep along and hopefully keep the bouncing to a minimum.I'll be in Moab next month. Any difficult obstacles on that trail?
