Bronco rear seats do not fold down flat? - they fold down ramp

Don’t know if anyone has posted this yet, but here’s another shot of the preproduction Bronco.

That gives me a good idea of how much space there will be with them folded. I imagine they'll fold to the exact same angle as the four door folded seats.

so far the only thing we have is direct word from fords social media person that it folds pretty much flat (slight incline) and there is a 4 inch difference between the trunk area and the folded seats. People are speculating that space can be covered by a tray or a pull out storage solution
I did see that note from ford, in my mind a social media ford person could easily describe that picture above with that description so I'm a little pessimistic about it improving a lot. Crossing fingers as I won't buy a 4 door. It's bronco 2door or something totally different for me.

Don't think so. There's no open cavity under the rear seats on a 2-door like there is on a 4-door.

I believe that's as flat as a 2-door will go.

Looks like my wife and I will be removing the rear seats from our 2 door to leave ample room for the dog behind us.
