I was lucky enough to have a chance to ride in a Bronco 2-door.

If you have any questions, let me know.

The test vehicle was a preproduction unit in Outer Banks trim with the Sasquatch package. The vehicle had the 2.7TT and the 10-speed.

Short review: it’s a monster. The 2.7/10-speed is fast. The Sasquatch package seems extremely capable. It’s great fun with the top off. It’s worth the wait.

Many impressions commenting on just how quick that 2.7 Ecoboost is - has me pretty excited!

I’m used to it in my wife’s MKX, so I’m not surprised. It’s a great motor.

6’4”. It is easier to get in and out of than my 2019 Ranger.
Ahh so you’re the same height as me. Obviously you weren’t allowed to get in the drivers seat, but how was headroom and knee room? A lot of times with these center consoles I can’t get my knees into a comfortable position.

Go into detail about how the ride felt , and how zippy the 2.7 was compared to say a wrangler

How do the seats feel? Like a LazyBoy chair or more like a European sports car (firm) - and don't say in between - I know the interior is not finalized - but any clues to how they may be?
I have an Acura MDX (LazyBoy) which I hate due to the seats, and a Land Rover which has great seats -past Land Rovers - nice firm seats and Porsche - firm... most comfortable car's I had.

It appears to have the running boards, is that right?

I won’t say somewhere in between, lol. They are firm seats. Nowhere near the bolstering of sports cars. Pretty standard Ford seats to be honest. They are similar to the seats in my Ranger. I find them comfortable. They adjust manually on the two door. The mechanism was intuitive and I was able to get a comfortable spot quickly.

curious about overall ride quality compared to the JL wrangler - softer over bumps, stiffer? cadillac or soap box? also curious about seats - I am primarily a daily driver/beach cruiser so comfort is an interest

Was your ride along at Holly Oaks ORV park? Car and Driver has a write-up of a ride along on their website today. Very favorable review. You can read it here.
