Bronco SPORT deliveries have begun!

New Bronco Sports showed up in Corpus Christi, Texas last weekend.

Before thanksgiving, in Laredo, Texas, I was looking to buy a '92 Bronco and the owner mentioned seeing a Bronco in "that blue color" by a local neighborhood. He was surprised and verified seeing B-R-O-N-C-O spelled out. Nice guy, and didn't have any reason not to believe him. I went over to verify first hand, but didn't spot it.

Thanks for posting but I don‘t believe that’s the same as the full leather on the First Editions.

They do look really cool as far as SUVs go. I really like the safari-style roof.

CACTUS GRAY - for those who were looking for this in the wild...

Having seen virtually all of the Bronco colors, I would say this is back to being in my top 2 or 3. It is an "interesting" light gray. Does have a chameleon effect. Not white so it will wear dirt ok. Not too dark where the flat-ness will seem drab like A51. The truck just came off the trailer so it's pretty filthy. The "green factor" is beyond not noticeable in my opinion. It's as if someone maybe put a pinhead worth of some green in the paint can but it does not seem pronounced to me. I really liked this color and seeing it in person confirmed that. Sorry, the photos are not great. I'm not a pro. I attached a couple of Velocity Blue pics of an F-150 that was nearby in the lot. That is also in my top 2 or 3. VB is for real. Really nice. I had a '95 Ranger in a similar blue. It's tempting but I think perhaps getting a light color could be in order for me this go around.

Also, a word about the badges. They are nice. Yes, they are just a "sticker" kind of thing but I would not call them a decal by any stretch. But they are beefy and textured. They are probably as thick as a credit card. I think they are also reflective. I will likely keep mine on after seeing them and touching them (hope no one was watching that).
