Yup. DZs suck. Poor machining and gaps. Top surface not smooth - like profile was messed up when someone tried to get the soft arc correct, but blew it and got a hard edge. I’ll wait for your rerun. These are going back.

It's close. USPS destroyed some of the packaging in transit. Ordering more rigid boxes and installing metal studs. Then we will be cleared hot.

As much as I have come to appreciate the factory styling of the Bronco, I can also appreciate clean body lines. Design work on these trail sight deletes is pretty much complete. This 3D printed model allowed me to verify fitment and visualize dome design options. I will do some very minor tweaks to the fitment so all the gaps and heights are dead on. I plan to get these into production next month.

Production is underway and will be done using a molded process. Final finish will be almost an exact match to the existing body trim and fenders. Easily prepped for custom painting or color matching. Install on these is a 10-15 minute job so you can roll with OEM for off-road use, and swap these on for mall crawling.

I guess you don’t know much about the material .

It is a carbon and plastic composite. Chemical and UV resistant. High heat tolerance. Similar to materials used for front splitters on the GT500/GT350R. Carbon reinforced plastic composes many of the new body panels on the GT3/GT3RS.

But hey, you see the word plastic and make assumptions. That’s cool too, I guess.

It’s just like your fender flares. These can be scuffed and painted for sure
