Well, you have a Bronco to steal lolI was going to say, I have been using it for six months, ever since the day I got the truck. I have been using it for years in my home, I don't worry about the CIA or anyone else stealing my life or listening in. Who are people kidding, their lives aren't that interesting. Besides, I have nothing to steal.
I got the update as well and have a 2021.Is this only on the 2022? My Ford Pass and Sync say that they are fully updated at Sync 1.9.0
There was also the icon on the screen in the Bronco. I have the 8" display, in the upper right is the connectivity icon. Mine had a check mark on it to notify an update was installed.Stupid question but how do you know if your bronco did an update? Does it tell you or do you have to initiate it yourself?
So... I set up the Alexa, paired it to Amazon. Then by accident, deleted the icon from the screen. Does anybody know how I could restore it?Got a Ford Power-Up 3.5.2 installed.
"Big things are coming.
Alexa Built-in, the road-going version of Amazon's ever-helpful assistant, is coming to your vehicle soon. This update helps prepare your vehicle for Alexa Built-in and other future improvements. Stay tuned because another download will arrive soon to complete the process.
Because of its complexity, this update may take longer than usual. But we promise you, it will be worth it.
Ongoing updates like this help you enjoy the best possible version of your Bronco SUV"
... I just hope I can turn it off so Amazon doesn't harvest data from me by constantly listening in the vehicle![]()
I think you can do that through the app on your phoneSo... I set up the Alexa, paired it to Amazon. Then by accident, deleted the icon from the screen. Does anybody know how I could restore it?
I just have one question. How did you know that Alexa was coming? Was she breathing heavily?Got a Ford Power-Up 3.5.2 installed.

I’m in same boat…2021 bronco and haven’t got an update since July. I was even at a dealership for oil change and asked to check why I wasn’t getting update, they claimed I have the most recent update. Is this only on the 2022? My Ford Pass and Sync say that they are fully updated at Sync 1.9.0
