I was going to say, I have been using it for six months, ever since the day I got the truck. Stupid question but how do you know if your bronco did an update? Does it tell you or do you have to initiate it yourself?

There was also the icon on the screen in the Bronco. I have the 8" display, in the upper right is the connectivity icon. Mine had a check mark on it to notify an update was installed.

Alexa will cost eventually. Interesting. Isn’t it free on most devices it is on, granted you have to buy those devices first…

still, I’m never going to use it since I have CarPlay

Is the Alexa update separate from the full screen CarPlay update? I thought the latter was a software update and not a powerup.

So... I set up the Alexa, paired it to Amazon. Then by accident, deleted the icon from the screen. Does anybody know how I could restore it?

I’m in same boat…2021 bronco and haven’t got an update since July. I was even at a dealership for oil change and asked to check why I wasn’t getting update, they claimed I have the most recent update.
