I automatically hate all vehicles with automatic transmissions. Soul sucking, sadness inducing, self-shifting transmissions.

I mean really, would it be that hard for Ford to offer a manual in the Sport. I don't even need 7 gears, a 5-speed Tremec would be fine.
Agree. Only reason I got a big bend and not a base Bronco is because you can’t get a manual in the base model. Love my 7 speed. So fun to drive.

Still think “Bronco Sport” was a bad name.

Should of named it Maverick Sport. Shares the same platform as the Maverick… and it’s a nice throwback to the Ford Maverick of the 1990s that sold in Europe.

BUT… whatever.
I’m thinking they should’ve called it a Flex FX4

me too! And while we’re at it, get rid of power steering and air conditioning damnit. Also ticks me off that I can’t hand crank my window down.

kidding, I love manuals too but if you’re gonna daily drive that in traffic…

How do you like the Big Bend wheels with the 37's?
I'd love to see a side profile, trying to avoid buying new wheels right off the bat.

“Ohhh….. you mean Bronco Sport is not the same as the Bronco you ordered?”….
Haha. Hopefully with more on the road this will get cleared up

EDIT: Hey fellow Marylander, also how does the 2.3 and 7 spd do with the 37's

Someone in a Sport, going the other way, honked and waved at me last week, and I was caught off guard. He/she was already past me by the time I realized what was going on, so I couldn’t return the wave.

Also, someone in a Wrangler waved at me last week.

Yea I don't get the marketing genius behind call the Mach E a Mustang. Just leave it at Mach E or run of the mill small suv/crossover E but don't bastardize one of the most iconic cars in history.

I think it was marketing genius to call the Mach-E a Mustang. It brought a lot of heat from Mustang owners, but the ones that are ticked off won't buy one anyway. The ones that will buy one don't care, and it's instant brand recognition for the rest of the buying public.

Frankly, I think the way it drives and it's acceleration is enough to call it a Mustang.

From the sales side, we can't keep them in stock, and I still sell regular Mustangs, so I say no harm on this one.

I’m not in marketing and I’m certainly no genius but it’s not a Mustang :)

MachE kinda annoys me. We call it the Mustang since it replaced our 06. Still pining for a Bronco. Want a beach buggy..

Sports remind me of our old 2002 Escape. Nice little rigs.

Think we're gonna need a Maryland Bronco 6G club once I get mine! Just went into production this week!

They work fine on the road.. I don’t notice rubbing with the 4WP 3” lift and the control arm replacements but I can see marks on the control arms so it is rubbing at full lock. They look great. Have a wheeling trip planned for next month and will test it off road. Likely will replace the wheels at some point. Expect they are serviceable for now

Well the Sports Badlands is actually pretty impressive. I don't know why some put down Bronco's little brother. The platform is saving Ford from the Car like new Escape. The older Escapes were alot more rugged looking. Anything the helps Ford make profits and development dollars that put out products like the Big Bronco we all live is a welcome addition!
