I’m in WEST PALM. Ordered a CO WT. Told I may have it by April. :( But they called today and said an Area 51 is coming in next week. Stripped, cloth interior, 32k truck. At least I’ll get to see it! It’s spoken for or I may have jumped on it.....hmmmmm
I really hope to see pics of that!

And for that price, I may as well get a reasonably loaded F-150. I was really hoping the Bronco would be less expensive.
I can't argue with this. I drove a Ram Rebel the other day and you can get a lot of truck for bronco money. You just can't take off the doors and roof.

But for family+dog vacation-travel room; occasional hauling.... dammit Ford!

I hope not. I figure black, white, gray(s), and silver will be ubiquitous like any other vehicle. I don't think those of us on the forum are very representative of the general population.
My local dealer has three Bronco Sports he ordered for dealer stock: White, Silver, and Cactus Gray. He's a big dealer (owns many different dealerships in a metropolitan area of almost 1 million people), so I am pretty sure he knows what will sell in this market. I'm going to be watching closely, too, for which Bronco colors he is ordering on the 2021 trucks.

Just maybe you can install both step and Rock rail together???
Might be able to, it would just be a matter of one of them being a bit out of place due to the thickness of the mounting brackets. Of course, that is assuming that there are no angles which would offset the brackets of the other one...

Just like how so many of us have been clamoring for a "cold weather package" option, maybe Ford is trying out an "Arizona package" with super dark window tint, ventilated seats, and upgraded air filters. I'd spend extra for that!

Ooo....I hope a bunch of them are going to the 4x4 expo in Phoenix we are all going to next week! But I am guessing a lot of them need to go to Texas for the Off-Rodeo training they are doing for the Bronco Specialists??? Maybe a few to sit indoors on showroom floors???

All the differences in how Area 51 looks boil down to camera processing struggling with the atmospheric and ambient lighting conditions. Sometimes white balance or exposure is “correct” and other times an assumption is made and it throws colors off.

Usually we don’t really pay attention to these problems, because we can, say, look at a red car photographed on an overcast day and make a mental calculation to what it looks like in real life so we don’t really notice how different it looks... something we can’t do with A51 because very few of us have seen one in person enough to know what it’s “supposed” to look like.

Here’s the exact same vehicle, in the exact same place, looking completely different because of how the camera is treating the scene:

Ford Bronco ? Bronco WildTrak Area 51 w/ Soft Top F48A0A92-8DC2-4396-A63A-7CC41647E22D

I suspect that a ton of variation when A51 specifically is photographed with cell phone cameras is because the processor is assuming the sky is blue and the overall lighting will have a blue tint... so when the sky isn’t blue, but the phone thinks it is, it’s really screwing up how all the other blue tones appear in the photo...

In the photo above it’s also depicting the color of the ground and the red OB differently...

Area 51 is unique enough that different hues are picked up and highlighted depending on what the processor is doing.
so with that being said, it makes it almost impossible to really figure out if i will go with this color without seeing it in person.

Exactly. That’s why the second a Sport arrives at a dealer near me in A51 I’m racing over to see it in person.

i was so happy to see one in person on a grey overcast day in Seattle (Which is about 80% of all days here). The color really worked in our environment. When I went the dealers and saw the colors shared with other vehicles they just didn't say Bronco as well as the A51 IMO.
