My father in law owns a distillery. If people put some money on the line for a whiskey pre-buy, I might actually be able to get a run of "Bronco6G" Whiskey.

Although calling it Whiskey gets legally tricky. The alcohol laws are strict and strange.

I'd absolutely buy in for our own private label GOAT Whiskey, Bourbon, or Rye.

Is Bourbon acceptable within the laws? I’m willing to put some money where the shot glass is.
The legal definition of Bourbon is actually a bit more complicated than that of Whiskey. The mash characteristics are in-play for both, but Bourbon also requires storage in an unused charred oak barrel and three different metric requirements for proofing along the way.

Could this simply be called G.O.A.T. by Bronco6G without tripping into any legal problems on the distillers side?

"Bronco Bourbon" was actually the name I coined. Yes, I require a 3% fee on all profits from sale of the bourbon for the first 15 years.

Or, the name can be purchased for the cost of my Bronco! 🤣 I'm cheap and easy.

"G.O.A.T. by Bronco6g," "Sixth Generation Batch," "Wild by Bronco6G," etc... could likely be used without much risk.

And of course a big shout out to Doug (@Administrator ) love the sticker!

Edit: The wife asked what I had... I said "You wouldn't understand, it's a Bronco thing!!"

That'll be the last time she ever says to me "It's a Jeep thing" LOL
I need one of those!!!
