I have a 2022 2dr OB 2.7L. Just turned 500 miles. Right around 2100-2300 rpm’s, I get a bucking/hesitation. Almost like the turbo is trying to kick in, then back off. It’s most notable on inclines. It’s very noticeable and nerve wracking. Dealer said it may be sensor trying to find optimal efficiency?

Do you get full boost when you step on it and can you maintain boost? Could be bad waste gate actuator on turbo. Mine failed 3 miles off the dealer lot!

I was unhappy with my 4d behavior esp. after cold start but also the driving. With 93 gas and 1500mi, completely different car.

I got weird bucking on cold start. Happened through 7000 miles when I changed the oil myself and went synthetic. Waaaaaay smoother every morning now 🤷🏽‍♂️

i've had some jerky weird responses and odd shifting but I attribute that to a new vehicle learning my driving. that usually goes away by 1000 miles. and i'm at 600 now.

Or a loose hose clamp on turbo/wastegate piping

At only 500 miles you ain't broke in yet.
