Got my first delivery of a few items this week, and was able to install some over the weekend. Here are my notes on the install:

Rough Country Tailgate Reinforcement

Overall, I love this product. While it doesn't reinforce the tailgate hinges, it does distribute the weight of the spare tire across both, and is a well made product. Overall, the installation was not too bad, but, I strongly suggest having a second person help. Also, remove the tailgate "strut" to make installation easier. I did have a few issues aligning the bolts, but, overall, very easy. I got this because I'm going to use the MASS Spare Tire Platform (STP) and wanted to have some extra reinforcement while I wait for a new rear swing out bumper.

Oracle Lighting Spare Wheel 3rd Tire LED
Again, since I'm installing the MASS STP, I needed a 3rd brake light. I love the look of the oracle LED. Installation here ran into a few issues:
1. One of the self tapping screws broke. I actually had to pre-drill a pilot hole to get them to go into the tire carrier, which is metal. Make sure to double check alignment on your screws so not to hit any of the camera wires. Also, the metal mounting legs tend to bend a little, but, not a huge deal.
2. You must have the OEM brake light installed for this to work. I was hoping to delete the original 3rd brake light, but, the LED would not turn on without it as the circuit was open (took me a second to realize this). I'm sure I could jump the wire to complete the circuit, but, opted to just tie-wrap the old light inside the wheel carrier. Was a little frustrated with having to go to the hardware store for a new self tapping screw, but, overall, an easy install and I think it looks really cool.

Redline Tuning 2021+ Ford Bronco Sport Hood QuickLIFT ELITE
Another easy install and upgrade, only took about 15 minutes. The instructions are spot on, and it's better than the original rod. The only issue I had was on the drivers side just getting the bolt to align, but, that's because I couldnt reach with my right hand to screw it in.

Bronco Molle Grate System for Swing Gate
I am disappointed in this accessory. Overall, it is more for looks than a high quality Molle system.

1. The overall build of the molle system is poor, stitching isn't great, and the weight of the canvas is light.
2. The included bags are not high quality, but, at least they came with the system. I had other molle pouches and bags that I installed, much higher quality.
3. Installation was pretty straight forward. As mentioned in other posts, make sure to remove the bottom of the trim first to not break the clips.
4. I recommend putting your Molle bags on before installation, just makes it easier.
5. I will replace this with a tailgate table or other Molle system as soon as I find an alternative. (Builtright may be developing a solution now).

M.A.S.S. Spare Tire System (STP)
I am really excited about this system, as I have a soft top and dont plan on putting on a roof rack, but, need a place for maxtrax and some rotopax. The build quality on this thing is amazing, and it is solid. Unfortunately, they forgot to ship the locking nuts with the installation screws, so, had to go to the hardware store again! It's not a project unless you hit the store 4 times right?

1. The instructions are pretty straight forward, but, make sure to leave the "feet" screws lose until you adjust to the top of your tire. It took me a few times taking it off and on to get it setup right.
2. I am pretty concerned with the sharp edges of the feet rubbing against my spare tire. I purchased some rubber furniture feet protectors, as well as some spare thick rubber, and zip-tied it around the feet. (see pics below***).
3. When installing the rails on the top sides, use the long bolts to go through the middle holes. (You'll see what I mean when if you install it, but, it wasn't called out in my directions.
4. The instructions talk about drilling holes to mount the side carriers, but, the holes were already there in mine as they seem to have updated the design.
5. You cannot use ratchet straps with hooks to mount it. Unfortunately, none of my local hardware stores had any without hooks, so, I'm awaiting an amazon delivery.
6. Make sure to put on the rotopax and/or maxtrax mounts prior to putting on the vehicle.
7. Long term, I do have weight concerns on the tailgate. But, for now, I installed the tailgate reinforcement and will look for a bumper with swing out tire system.
8. I will update the pics when I get my ratchet straps.
9. I also purchased a cable lock to run through everything so someone doesnt just cut the straps and run off with everything!

Thanks for the write up. Interested in the MASS tailgate system myself. Any picture without the covers on the feet showing the sharp edge?

I contacted AAL and they stated they have not had any issues with the feet causing damage on spare tires.

Canvasback Cargo Liner

I love this cargo liner! Previously I owned generic cargo liners for my SUVs, but, love the fit and quality of this custom liner for the bronco. The velcro is great, and the cut is perfect!!

Note: I also ordered the side wall protectors, but, am holding off on installing until I get the molle cargo rack.

Update to MASS Spare Tire Platform

I was finally able to install the MASS STP, and it is amazing. A few notes:

1. The thing is solid, with the straps on the spare tire, no movement. I did a >200 trip this weekend with some offroading, with no issues. Also, you can still see pretty well out the back window as long as you dont have anything on the top shelf.
2. With the Rotopax installed, you are unable to swing the tailgate out the full amount. The Rotopax interferes and hits the right tail light, so, be careful opening so you dont crush your light. (see pic 1 & 2 below)
3. With the left Rotopax installed, it is just a little tight to reach the tailgate door handle, but, it opens with no problem. (see Pic 3)

Nice! Those look a lot better than the netting. Do you know if they still fit in the door bags with those installed?
My door bags are on order, will let you know.

I had the winch and ARB compressor with KR Offroad mount installed yesterday:

A few notes:
1. The dealer had to disassemble the whole bumper, build it with the winch, then reassemble. Took longer than they were expecting.

2. They had to remove some active grill shutters (https://www.ford.com.au/technology/active-grill-shutter/) for the install. Was informed this is minimal impact to aerodynamics. The winch probably doesn't help either.

3. After relocating the front radar sensor, it has to be re-calibrated.

4. The camera is blocked by the winch, but, that was to be expected (see pics below). Will continue to research relocation bracket for front camera.

4. The compressor mount was perfect, and the installer does not think the location near the turbo will cause any issues. (Some people were concerned the location near the turbo would cause too much heat on the air compressor).

5. It took about 90 seconds to go from 20psi to 40psi on my tires.

6. The hose connector on top of the compressor was higher than I thought, and does bump into the hood liner, but, no issues.

7. FYI, the facotry 55 ultrahook had issues connecting to the Warn synth line. Known issue, see FAQ: https://factor55.com/faq/

Any concerns with adding so much weight to the spare tire holder with the MASS? I've been looking into it but throwing a case or cooler up on top could add a lot of weight.

They do, many people have confirmed it on here already. Just check the M2M thread on here and you will see a couple pics people took showing the door covers fitting over.

To be honest, yes, but only over long term. I think the tailgate is rated to 130lbs. The spare 35 takes up a lot of that. I added the reinforcment from rough country which spreads the load. eventually I will add a swing out spare system when I get a new rear bumper.
