Build and Price adding $3k - is this from dealer??

Hey guys - I have an August res that im configuring/converting to an order through ford.com… I noticed this 3k markup… do you guys know if this is coming from my dealer or is it a placeholder estimate by Ford? If it’s from my dealer, i guess its not too bad considering the crazy sht Ive read on here, with shady dealers etc, at least theyre being upfront. That being said, still gonna look for someone who wont mark me up. I took delivery on an FE in july from this dealer, no markup, great experience, so seems weird theyre doing it now on the 2dr base.

While I hate ADM, I hope this true. This is the transparency needed

Tell your dealer to shove it. But, glad it’s showing the final price on Ford’s website. This was long overdue.

Is that really what this is? Now when an order is placed online, each dealer has already entered into the system, any ADM they will charge, and that amount is displaying for the customer as part of the total price?
