Good morning every single one of you Broncophiles and Broncophilettes.

Are any of you confused about bumpers like I am? As far as I can tell there are 4 styles of bumpers rather than 2 (plastic OR modular steel). Here are the 4 that I have seen/found on various Ford media releases:

Personally I am most fond of number 1.

1 is also my favorite, but from the little I know...

1. Pre-production modular bumper

2. Standard bumper

3. Standard bumper with fog lights

4. Modular bumper (Likely production, but no guarantees)

I would be surprised if the number 1 bumper is not offered as an option. Having both LED fogs as well as the hooks, it would be my choice for sure. It shows up in too many photos thus far to simply be a one off. Ford is throwing money away if they do not offer it. IMHO, it will option for 800.00. I believe I forwarded the question as to its availability to the member that will be asking our questions at the Colorado event.

Which is what really got me thinking. The "modular" bumper "must" have accommodations for them somewhere.
It's possible, but they haven't shown it. There will almost certainly be an aftermarket solution.

It would be a nice surprise if it actually comes with fogs. Even as an option.

I wish the steel bumper had fogs
While it would be nice to get from factory... There are plenty of options to mount some DOT fogs on the bumper. Hopefully the wiring is there too.

Speaking of wiring, how do the Aux switches work? Will there be some kind of accessory wiring to various common locations around the vehicle or just some common jumper block that I have to run my own wiring to (ugly)?

Guessing that Ford would have the Aux Switch wiring inside of the owners manual. The dealer should probably also be able to tell you where the harness to those switches is.

Both of these thoughts are absolute W.A.G.s though.
