I’m dying to see what the steelies look like with 33s! Plan on doing that to my BD 2-Door the minute I get it.
Isn't the stock 7.5 inch width rim a bit narrow for 33s? I guess there could be some 33s out there that the mfg says can go on 7.5 inch width rims. Definitely looking forward to seeing it!

Looks good. Did you re-use the stock light nuts?

Said goodbye to the Steelies today in favor of the RTR tech 6 wheels. I plan on keeping the Steelies for the winter. I wrapped them with 285/70/17s (33s)no concerns with rubbing.

the +30 offset on the RTR wheels gives a slightly more aggressive stance. Very happy with the look.

Cost:
Tires: $1350 on tire rack
Wheels: $1100
Mount, balance, new TPMS stems: $600
So all in $3k

Yes, according to mechanic. Would have saved me $400+
If you go with standard valves, it just means the tire pressure light on the dash will stay lit, but no other issues?

Nice! Can we get one more pic with a closer look at the poke past the flares.
Thanks!

Yeah, if you could get these for the Bronco, slap them on a base and that would be a sweet ride.

I like the wheels a lot, white letters out looks sweet too. Glad to hear 33s fitting stock BDs without issue. $600 to get those mounted even with TPMS is about $400 more than I paid for 4 tires and TPMS on my Tacoma..

You guys love those black steelies. I personally can’t stand them and will gladly sell them to anyone the first day I get my BD, likely the first week of October. They can’t come off soon enough for me.

Good for you man they look nice.

So this is going to be my first car that i am getting my own custom wheels. Getting the SAS on my BL which has a +30 offset. From what I have read online, it is advised to stay within +\-5mm of the factory offset. Im planning on sticking with the 17x8.5 maybe 17x9. If thats true then I have to say options feel pretty limited … am I overthinking or just not looking in the right places?

Excellent choices! I have those exact tires on my Wrangler, very happy with them, with C load range they have a great ride and nice grip.

Any concerns with the integrated computers with the bigger tires, such as MPG/speedometer accuracy, anti-lock brake function & traction control operation?
