Cactus Gray has looked verything from gray with a hint of green to a pale retro mint to almost white to almost sky blue. All depending on the light, camera and image processing. Luckily, I like it in pretty much every variation.

When I bought my 10th Anniversary Rubicon, the had a special Anvil color and no two pics seemed to look the same. Area 51 I’d similar to Anvil, but maybe more blue. Who knows.

The 1st & 3rd images I would have guessed as Area 51. Otherwise, more than likely some CGI modification of some sort. I'm also guessing most of everything we have seen has been a CGI. Of the ones that are not, look more white'ish.... sadly. Would be nice if they could just have each dealership paint a large piece of medal with each color as a demonstration ... or something ... for us to get a glimpse.

I'm torn between these two colors. I'll need to visit a dealership (on a Sunday so no one bothers me) to stare at the colors under various lighting condiitons.

Wondering how Cactus Gray and Area 51 will look with a white top and the black roof rack.

Same ... about the white top! Unless I'm mistaken, I do not believe there is a Ford product out there with both of these colors yet. Shadow Black, VB, Silver, White, Race Red, a version of Rapid Red are currently on most lots now.

Like a Tesla store. They have every material and color for exterior and interior. You can see it, touch it, take it outside. It’s incredibly simple and incredibly useful.

EDIT: photo for reference.

Ford website still strongly stating these aftermarket parts (white top / white color roll bar ?) are not available for sale.

Also, A51 is much darker than CG. But equally hard to photograph. I know it’s a rehash, but just so everyone doesn’t have to go looking around...

If Cactus Gray is the same color as Jet Fighter Gray.....it will be way to light/white for me.
Not a big fan of JFG but really like the CG.

Forum member on another thread said it was same color code. Agree it is alittle light. But out of the four FE colors it's my 1st pic. Truth be told Carbonized Grey would be at top of list if offered on FE.

Well they could be just talking about the wheels. Both of those trucks had aftermarket wheels on them, not the Ford wheels. Keep hope alive for the white interior and tops!
