California has 9 SVRAs I have been to two of them. Both were interesting to see and had a lot of people at them on the weekends but weekdays were mostly empty.

The best truck trails I have been on were in forest land or bureau of land management area.

The forest Service has maps pdf's you can download with OHV trails
https://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/tahoe/maps-pubs/?cid=fseprd638275
But I have not found a good list of trails.

I have looked at "trails off road" https://www.trailsoffroad.com/ and found some new trails but some trails are not on here.

What do you use to find truck trails?

Those OHV Areas in your list are just the State managed areas. Try these links:
BLM OHV Areas: https://ohv.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=23138
National Forest OHV Areas: https://ohv.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=23140
Local Agency OHV Areas: https://ohv.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=23139

This might come in handy: California Off-Highway Adventure Map

This site is an excellent resource for finding CA trails, with downloadable kmz/gpx files:
http://trails.dirtdevils.org/map5.html

This site has a lot of good trails throughout the Southwest, but in CA it only covers the Death Valley area:

Those are some great links, Thank you!
So many more places that i have never heard of before.

I found this too but I have not tried it out yet.

There are trails not on any of these lists. But the total number of trails would be too many for any list.

This will keep me busy for some time.

Looking at some of the photos of these great ventures makes me think that maybe I should go for the BL rather than the SASQ OBX, damn decisions!

Good we have so many options. I wonder how many of these will be in the Bronco's navigation system?
If you know of any other trail lists please list them.
Thank you.

I'm hoping a ton... I'm new to off roading and don't know where to go. That's one of the reasons I'm opting for the upgraded Nav.

In the two weeks since I picked up my Area 51 OBX, I've been out to Anza Borrego State Park twice. There seem to be 100s of miles of trails of varying difficulty. https://www.parks.ca.gov/pages/638/files/abdsp_Park_Map201704.pdf

As a newbie to off-roading, the Sin Nombre Canyon trail is great for learning what the Bronco is capable of. Yesterday, I thought my son and I got stuck in some deep sand, but the Bronco powered out of it like a champ after initially spinning the wheels.

Anyone know of some easy off road trails in SoCal? The Bronco belongs to the wife and I have to ease her into off roading. I've looked at the links of Cleveland Nat. Forest but there are so many links it can get confusing of what's open and what's not. We tried to make a run up to Margarita Lookout Tower this morning only to find the gate off of Ortega Hwy. closed. It looks like Holy Jim is closed also.

Let me know if you want to meetup! We've hit a few out here in both the Sport and our 2dr! I would recommend Red Canyon Jeep Trail, Bradshaw Trail, Berdoo Canyon, Old Dale Rd. Anywhere in Anza Borrego or head a few hours up to Red Canyon State Park. We hit a majority of these 🙂 feel free to check out our adventures on Instagram if you have it (@Outbound Exploration)

No problem! We love hitting the trails with others getting into offroading and exploring unpaved roads. Feel free to message us anytime. We are based in the North Hollywood/Burbank Area 🙂
