Can’t get items with 2.7L or Squatch package?

Why are there so many items that say you can’t get it with the 2.7 or squatch package? Can’t get a roof rack with squatch, can’t get sound deadening with 2.7, etc. This just doesn’t make sense?! Anyone?

So it sounds like all these discrepancies with not being able to have certain add-ons with certain packages will be able to be worked around and ultimately bought and installed outside of B&P, directly with the dealer. I think FORD could have built the B&P tool much, much better to allow people to build how they want AND give clarity as to what is DIO vs Factory installed. Currently, its just confusing and frustrating. But I have faith, we'll be able to build how we want when all said and done.

Sound deadening material violates the GVWR restrictions if a 2.7L engine is put in? How much does that stuff weigh....900 pounds?

2.7 plus roof rack blows GVWR apparently. They must have the 4 door extremely close to GVWR max which makes no sense. I get the height / tip issues with Sasquatch, but having to downsize the engine to put more weight in the vehicle seems odd.
