Can a Ford rep tell you your place in line at your dealership?

Does anyone know if you can call Ford directly and have them tell you what # you are in line at your dealership based on your reservation time? Or are dealerships the only way we can get that info because my dealership doesn't seem to know how to do that...

I called them yesterday They said expect the email from ford or ask your dealer....

Well, I called Ford customer service and talked to a Bronco "specialist". She said she couldn't really tell anything right now because the the order to production scheduling going on. She at first said I'd get something next week, then pulled up my order number and said I need to wait until May, that she couldn't answer anything at this point because there is a shuffle of orders getting scheduled for production.

"Hey Bill, so we've put you in charge of answering phone calls from Bronco reservation holders about their build dates, the edge of the desk is sharp, I suggest you use that to bash your skull in before lunch, anyway, good luck"

A few hundred thousand phone calls later that day........ And every.single.day after that.....

lol I'm not trying to find out when I'll get the email or when my build will be scheduled or when I'm gonna take delivery. I just wanna know what a lot of others seem to know. Based on my reservation timestamp, out of the # of converted orders at my dealership, what # am I? #24 of 100 or what? I know dealerships have been giving out this info. I believe Ford even officially told dealers to give out this info. I just wish my dealer knew how to find this info out and since they can't, I was hoping I could call Ford directly and maybe they can see that.

I called them yesterday They said expect the email from ford or ask your dealer....

Sounds like waiting for that email is the answer though unfortunately.

Does anyone know if the magic golden emails are going to be a steady stream, or will they be pushing out updates in batches?

Just curious if I should make sure to check my email, or just not even both looking until some arbitrary date in the future

I am just annoyed that I am my dealers number 1 allocation but they confirmed to me today 5 other individuals have their production emails already. But my dealer will not give me any additional info on my specific build.

I think its safe to assume batches will be going out daily over the next two weeks.

One forum member today said they spoke to their very knowledgeable dealer today who said: Dealers are notified on Tuesday of builds to be announced that week and customer emails from Ford go out Thursdays. I wish I could find the original post, it was very specific and seemed plausible.
