Can someone enlighten me on the deal with the saddle brown/black leather option?

I'm sure this has been addressed numerous times, but so many threads I can't seem to find specifics. Ford had pics on their original launch photos including a baseball mitt next to the brown/black combo, but I seem to recall speculation that it may not be available? It's a beautiful combo, appreciate any insights that I may have missed.
