Can someone explain the Ford reservation page?

Hi all! I originally put my $100 deposit down on a Big Bend (July 15) reservation. Like everyone else I changed my mind a million times but finally settled on a Wildtrak.

On 02/22 my dealer put an order in for my Wildtrak. I received a confirmation email from Ford on my order the next day. I am #110 in line with my dealer whose final allocations are exactly 100 broncos but I'm hopeful I'll make the cut due to others in front of me wanting items held for MY22.

My question is... when I log in to Ford's website and check my reservation this is what it shows:

Is this right? Is this what everyone else gets after they ordered? Shouldn't it at least say Wildtrak by now? Just curious. Thanks.

I don’t think it updates with the changes you make, trim wise. So I’m assuming your original reservation was of a Big Bend. I made a door count change that showed up, but the original color and all stayed the same. Hope this helps.

I originally reserved an Outer Banks but actually ordered a Badlands. Mine is updated to say Badlands.

It should change if you switched trims. Mine did at least. I originally ordered a First Edition (well, the dealership did) but had it changed to Badlands. My order page on Ford’s website changed from First Edition to Badlands once this happened.

You should be okay though due to receiving an email from Ford confirming your Wildtrak order.

I feel like I’m the absolute last person on Fords priority list... I almost get nothing from them about anything... nor anything really updated.

I had the same issue.
I called the bronco support line, aka the change dealer number.

Verified my reservation, sales code and order code were all tied together.

They were!!

(Still no email - 7/13 10:13pm res 3/1 order)

It's nothing to worry about.

Well documented on the forum of people's Ford profiles not updating after an order is placed. Additionally, there's a way you can check the code on that page and *maybe* see your actual order... but even then, plenty of documented cases of it not being correct either.

Look up your order details through the Ford.com website code.

The gold standard for what order was placed is the Order Summary sheet your dealer can provide you. It lists absolutely everything that's included in the order as well as some other info that you may or may not find useful.
