There's no reason to believe that the rubber floors would be significantly any more noisy than carpeted if that's what you mean.I ran into the same thing. Could it be that this is because the rubber floors and drain holes would negate the idea of sound deadening in the headliner?
There should still be sound deadening between the flooring and the body, and rubber is a good insulator for noise. Plus on the 4-door you still get carpeted floor mats.
It's is because of the known accessory GVWR ordering issue.
