My last 3 cars have been black. I was dead set against getting a black Bronco. I was sure I was going to get Carbonized Gray. But every time I saw the photos of the various colors of the pre-production models, the black always looked the best to me. So I ordered black.
All my cars have been black. Its so minimal and mean looking. It demands attention. However, this time around I ordered carbon grey. I still have until the 19th to change it. I live in Nevada and I was just so sick of my car being clean for a day, the noticeable micro scratches, and the how it looks when it isn't clean. It's so damn dusty here you can see the dust on the car when the wind kicks up. ugh typing this is making me remember why I am going with carbon grey. But I have a soft spot for black. I may change it come the 19th. We'll see.

Re-Confirms SAS fender flares are goofy-big.
Switching to regular sized flares (on my SAS) as soon as they become available from Ford Parts.

They stick out way past the face of the wheel and look like friggin' wings, dwarfing the big tires.
Kinda deletes the size perception of the tire.
Itā€™s almost as though fenders have a function, and are not primarily an aesthetic feature. Maybe fenders are supposed to extend past the tire enough to keep mud and rocks from being flung onto the bodywork?

B6G may never know!

Is this definitely the Outerbanks? I thought the fender flares were going to be "body colored" I hope this is accurate!!

Not on sasquatch - they get the generic black.

Man... I feel MUCH better about that. I'm getting the Outerbanks in Race Red and I was planning on buying the black fender flares to replace them. I think the black just "pops" against the body colors! Thanks for the info!!

Hmmm, I hadnā€™t thought about this, but I agree. My only question is will the regular flares still interface well with the rear bumperā€™s profile? Or will the flares look too skinny vs. a wider bumper? Not sure if anyone has some pics for comparison but thatā€™d be awesome.

Why does everyone standing next to one of these make them look small? They can't be that big.
Ford hires midgets just to fool everyone. Its actually the size of a Suzuki Samurai
