Cargo Area Security Drawer

Has anyone come across any installation documents, or better yet, video, showcasing this accessory from Ford? Something I’m interested in but can’t really see the inside. Ford claims you can still easily access the in-floor tire jack/storage area and curious how that’s possible. Also claims it attaches to the tie-down rings already in the vehicle.

@Chrism81 got one. Ford said the storage is accessible by fully pulling out the drawer.

Nice. Just got my security drawer. Thing is freaking heavy and built pretty damn good

If you go to that post and follow the thread, he posted the documentation as well. It attaches to where the tie-downs go, and the actual tie-downs are removed and mounted to the top of the drawer.

Whether that’s true or not, thank you for making me feel better LOL.

I’m going to be ordering one. I hope @Chrism81 gets some sort of commission off this. Going to add a rear cargo mat too for the top. I think it’ll be good to load cargo on it and not damage/have stuff sliding around on it.

I want to get the drawer. But I’m not sure it’s big enough for 2 rifles, 2 pistols, and some gear.

I don’t think rifles would fit in there, even with the dividers removed and the guns on an angle.

That’s what I was afraid of

would you be able to take some measurements of the opening? My rifles are short. But that thing looks pretty tiny
