I'm having the same issue. Terrible glitching with audio especially when I go into reverse or the camera comes on.
Probably need to go to the dealership and have them perform what they did to mine. Below is the notes that they put on my ticket

performed system test. found APIM to have been updated over the air yesterday April 8th and a TCU update completed April 4th. concerns likely resolved by software updates: performed hard reset on vehicle to eliminate any possible software glitches after over the air updates. all ok at this time

VERIFIED THE CUSTOMER'S CONCERN OF CENTERSTACK SCREEN FREEZES AND LAGS. CHECKED THE OASIS REPORT FOR GENERAL SERVICE BULLETINS, TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS, SPECIAL SERVICE MESSAGES AND VEHICLE SERVICE HISTORY FOUND APPLICABLE TSB. THE TECHNICIAN FOUND 23-2437 APPLIES TO THE CUSTOMER'S CONCERN. VERIFIED THE VEHICLE HAS OPEN CAMPAIGN 23-2437. THIS VEHICLE IS EXPERIENCING AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS: INTERMITTENT BLANK/FROZEN CENTER DISPLAY SCREEN THAT RESETS AUTOMATICALLY, ANDROID AUTO APPLE CARPLAY CONNECTIVITY, CHECKERBOARD DISPLAY, CENTER DISPLAY SCREEN RESET AND/OR BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY DUE TO THE SOFTWARE IN THE SYNC MODULE. ACCESSED THE DIAGNOSTIC PORT, CONNECTED THE FDRS AND PERFORMED A GATEWAY MODULE SOFTWARE UPDATE AS PER THE TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN23-2437 INSTRUCTIONS. ACCESSED THE DIAGNOSTIC PORT, CONNECTED THE FDRS AND PASSED THE GATEWAY MODULE SOFTWARE, REQUIRING NO FURTHER ACTION AS PER THE TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN 23-2437 INSTRUCTIONS. PERFORMED MASTER RESET IN CENTERSTACK DISPLAY. THE SYSTEM IS NOW OPERATING AS DESIGNED.

All was working well after my dealer updated the module. Worked for about a month and now the buzzing is back. What a shit show.

Thanks, that's helpful. You had the same update as what OutlawOBX describes above?

Hi everyone. Ive been watching this thread and had an appointment with the dealer to get mine resolved this weekend. Same issues since last October. However, about 2 weeks ago I got an update over air that so far has cured my issues. No more buzzing, camera freezes, or dropped audio during calls. I dont even think the update was intended to fix it, but I’ll take it lol.

I’m almost positive this is a bug with the Pitch and Roll screen. I never had this issue until I went offroading and used this feature. I searched all around for others experiencing the same thing, and in every video I’ve seen, the same Pitch and Roll screen was set. When I switched out of it, the audio issues stopped happening entirely. I’m pretty sure that those that are getting a fix by the dealer or are magically having it go away are actually having it resolved by just not using the pitch and roll feature anymore. For anyone still experiencing this, I recommend switching out of it to something like fuel consumption or music.

Wow. That's a really interesting observation / theory. To add to your data points, I definitely always have the pitch and roll window selected. It's usually obscured by full screen Carplay, but I think it still runs in the background. I'll try switching to a different background window and see if that helps.

Yep, I had mine running in the background as well when it would occur. Hope it helps, let us know once you can give it a shot!

Just a note, but I too had been running the pitch and roll screen always. As well as these having issues. I will not use the screen and see if it makes a difference and follow up.

Yes keep us posted. I looked back through all the videos posted to this thread and every single one shows the Pitch & Roll screen running. So I'm really optimistic @ThickAsOats is onto something but won't be able to test personally until later today after work.

I think you solved the mystery. Just switched to pitch and roll and the static is back.

Thanks for the data point! Awesome to finally pin point the cause. Credit goes to my wife’s perceptive eye when sharing the video of others having the same issue haha. She immediately noticed that every video had the same pitch and roll screen, and then we put two and two together. I’m guessing there’s some bug causing interference when reading from those sensors.

I'll wait a few days to be sure before updating the first post in the thread, but I think y'all have found the solve!
My sincere thanks to your wife for spotting that pattern and you for taking the time to post the suggestion for the benefit of internet strangers - this has been a near constant annoyance since ~October 2023 in my case and one of few gripes I've had with my Bronco. I'm very relieved to finally have it resolved and not to be spending future fruitless hours / days sitting at the dealership.

No problem! We’re just happy to be able to help others out with the issue especially after experiencing it on our end as well. Definitely a bummer that it’s bug with the pitch and roll, but I’m glad we know what causes it now. Happy riding and hope you enjoy your bronco some more now! 🤠

Maybe another data point. I had it set to pitch and roll and experienced the static. Then switched to fuel economy screen and the static continued. After a restart (still in fuel economy screen) everything seems fine.
