Yes, you can change anything, including model/trim level so long as it’s before getting a VIN.

Yes. I’ve done it a few times. Every time a forum member posts a new photo I change my color to match that photo.

My dealer has finally had it with me. He is now advising me to stop changing. I don’t blame him. I must be a nightmare to work with.

All I do is reach out. He changed the build and ends me a new price build that I sign off on so we have a price negotiated.

I figure if I piss off the dealer enough he may reach out to Ford and get me a VIN already.

At this point, I'm just trying to beat @Bronco4lyfe85 to get mine first!!!

I made a change and added Lux package from Mid with my dealer. I would just advise to check the new build sheet they email you. The first attempt at changing they put me into a Big Bend instead of Badlands. Luckily I caught it and had them switch it back. I'm debating switching to soft top now, based on the free conversion kit.... Hopefully they don't accidently put me into a SPORT.

Yep. I switched from an OBX to a Badlands. I didn't relfect on my reservation page until I got my Production date.
