To be fair, OP's reservation is the only reservation the dealer has. I mean, hell, Horsham probably wouldn't even be in business, if it wasn't for OP.

I do want to point out, I’m not blaming OP for not being awake, seeing, and responding to an email at 11pm...

...but when I wake up early and see someone sent me something that late, my presumption is that they could be on a 2nd shift schedule... or in the very least are unlikely to be on the same schedule as me and will very likely still be asleep for a bit.

Can understand that a lot of folks work in areas that don’t involve computers and all that jazz... I only check emails once every few days myself. With that said though, just go ahead and clarify that @DealerInsider , in reality, has done absolutely nothing but be attentive and look out for your best interests. It’s ok to overreact and not understand the process, but admit that and move forward.

You really expect a business, handling hundreds of orders, to get right back to you in a couple of hours? They may not even see your email for a couple of hours.

There is this old fashioned tool, that takes work, you have to pick it up, find the number and dial. Then that hard part begins, you actually have to open your lips and talk with someone. I know, I know, it's hard work, but if you had enough energy to publicly bash someone maybe you can do it.

If not, I'm sure @DealerInsider can have DoorDash deliver your Bronco to you.
