Badlands, 2.3, High package. MIC Roof was only one of the three I had on my order. Never had lux or Sasquatch. I reluctantly removed the roof and wish I wouldn’t have now that no one seems to know why the additional rebate isn’t showing up.

Are we talking about Ford Certificate or a diferent thing . I had modify my built, not the roof ( I was asked to and I didn't want to) but from no option I added every option available and my build has a certificate with a certificate number in Fords system . Chapman didn't get back with OTD tho

I know that certificate expires. Mine expires in July.

Tweeted at Ford this morning, this is the conversation. Basically told me the exact same nothing everybody else at Ford has except to call MPH so they can presumably tell me the same useless non-information.

Deliveries are done by trucking co. . These companies are unionized and independent from dealers or manufacturer. Negotiated union contracts can't allow anyone but the union tracking co. to pick up. To speed up delivery you have to find out tracking co. Name and call its dispatch . Your Bronco is too hard to reach to on the lot, has a dead battery, dead FOB or no gas. Either of the above makes trucking co. Drivers avoid picking up your VIN. Same thing happened with my TRX for 2 months. I finally got ahold of the trucking co. Owner on LinkedIn and sent him a msg with my VIN. Next day truck was delivered.

Try to find a Ford higher up in marketing or logistics and message . I'd look on LinkedIn again

When did the change get entered? Others have gotten the mod money., A few issues but in the end got straightened out.

I changed it the day Chapman emailed and advised to change it. It was January 16 the day I got the updated DORA.

I believe that was too early. Ashlie sent out emails but the program wasn’t official till sometime the next week. Take a look at the specifics on the program. I’ll bet that is the problem.

I did mine on the 16th also. Guess I may have this problem too. My Bronco finally shipped. Seems to me, Chapman emailed us to do it, gave us a new DORA with the changes, so they should run this down for us with Ford.

Mine is in Delaware with no movement despite order tracking saying "in production" since April 26th, though originally it said April 18th. It's only 50 miles from my dealer, too bad I can't go drive it there myself.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it’s not in Delaware since the tracker has it marked as “inactive.” The tracker is likely correct.

True, it's not there yet, but that's the plan for it.... Wilmington to Chapman.
Sometime after it gets to Wilmington (could be a week), it'll show 'pending pickup' instead of 'Inactive'.
