What is the cheapest reprogram tool that will work for a decent amount of time. No need for it to last 100 years, just need to adjust tire size, remove the warning honks, etc.

Try OBDlink MX+

The wired version isn’t too bad, and even the Bluetooth version is cheap and works

I would note - this is Forscan only, it will not work with FDRS

Good to know! I don't plan to do anything too technical so I don't think I'll need anything more than Forscan.

Based on my experience you don't want the cheapest. It only saves you a few dollars and causes lots of frustration. I bought an inexpensive programmer from Amazon a few years ago. It was always a struggle with my older vehicles and finally quit working. The recommended programmer on the forscan page has worked perfectly since last year. It is much higher quality and also works way better.

I ordered the wired OBDlink EX which seems to be one of the listed options on the Forscan website.

Hopefully it lets me do what I need to do!

Bluetooth versions are not recommended if you need to do something that take s a little longer in programming. I saw lots of guys having issues with that in the Fusion and Cyan Labs forums when upgrading their 3g modems to 4g - required a 60+ minute stable connection to reflash the TCU. BT OBDII constantly failed mid flash - no bueno.

This one works great.
