My favorite spot was up on the package tray. Learned quick how to use the body to counter quick stops and absorb bumpy roads. Not always successful on the quick stops.

I’ve got my 3 in Diono Radian car seats. They’re awesome for a couple reasons.

1. They’re crash tested.
2. Rear facing are rated to be installed resting on the seat in front of them (this isn’t normally acceptable), which allows you to scoot your front seat back quite a bit more.
3. They’re super narrow, so 3 will easily fit in the back of a Bronco 4D.
4. 10 year life span, so buy once and you’re done.
5. They come with cup holders ?

Can someone try throwing a baby seat in the 2 door? Getting the 2 door no matter what. Budget only achieves desired options with the 2 door. Not a fan of how the 4 door looks. Don't want to run the 4 door with a 2.3 anyways.

LOL no joke. My mom and dad had kids from their previous marriages. Mom had 3 girls and my Dad had 4 boys and 1 girl all of high school age when I was born (I know I know very Brady bunch right LOL). Anyways they would go every year up to visit family up north in the big econovan. Where was my spot? In a cardboard box in between the front seats.

Would love to see a rear facing seat with a 6ft adult in the front. Driving with passengers on long trips with their knees hitting the dashboard isn't fun.

As long as its as big as a 4runner or as big as an Edge this thing will be a home run.

A couple notes and impressions:

• Taller folks might have to move the seat forward a bit if you’re using a child seat in the rear facing configuration.
• If your child is on the larger side or about to move out of needing a booster, you’re probably going to get back of your seat kicked. Pretty common in most vehicles, Bronco isn’t an exception here.
• It’s easiest to go ahead and remove the head rest when installing.
• Usual disclaimers apply here. It’s a pre-production Bronco that may or may not represent the final product that’s delivered tonconsumers

Not sure if you're being serious or facetious. Please do not take a newborn out on rough roads. Their necks are not strong enough to support their heads being tossed around like that. It's very disturbing to see videos of babies being taken on rock crawling or even rough/rutted trails. Even worse when the adult is holding them in their laps.

My mom and dad put a pillow in the mid console of their Triumph TR7 and I just sat there with my mom's hand over me.

My son is currently 4 and so we just want enough room for him to crawl in and out of his seat on his own and it looks like he will in the Bronco.
