Christmas in Moab

Decided this year to do something different cruised from Texas to Moab to spend the break. Besides off roadeo this was my first serious adventure wow it is amazing two more days here. Cannot wait to experience more of this beautiful scenery

I found the trails so far to be very quiet it's amazing being out here in this level if silence almost eerie. Done a couple hikes and several trails so far nothing crazy but several said easy and I am unsure who rated them such. It is still a blast nonetheless.

The long crystal geyser copper ridge and buttes and towers went and found snow off sego canyon rd. Planning on Deadmans point and Gemini bridges today.

Nice! If you do Gemini Bridges there is an off shoot that will take you close to the bottom and it’s a short hike the rest of the way. At least if it’s still open….

Completed the trip today, Moab was amazing. Later in the week snowfall on some of the trails were very much chaotic and a couple of oh crap moments. One which required a very close pass to a rock fall and the ledge of the trail including the 40 ish or so foot drop on the driver side. Completed 6 trails in total in Moab.
