I went and picked up my Christmas tree today. I think the soft top Bronco is far superior to any of my other vehicles for transporting a tree. No string, no tying, just fold the roof back and drop it in through the top. With some paint tarps, the MGV, and a leaf blower after it was out... good to go. And if you think you get attention just normally driving down the road, wait until you have a tree sticking out of it.

For reference, the tree is about 9'6".

O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree,
You're riding in a Bronco!
O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree,
You're riding in a Bronco!
You smell so sweet, On Bronco seats,
The fact you fit, is really neat!
O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree,
You're riding in a Bronco!

O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree,
That really is a Bronco!
O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree,
That really is a Bronco!
It took so long, but is finally here,
That Bronco took more than year,
O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree,
You're riding in a Bronco!

O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree,
You're riding in a Bronco!
O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree,
You're riding in a Bronco!
There you go, to your new home!
I'm still talking to, that sweet Bronco!
O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree,
Someday I'll get a Bronco!

*clears throat*

Ahem, sorry about that. I just love the holiday.

9'6" -- that's a big tree! Where do you set up that sequoia?
That reminds me I need to make sure I get the right size tree this year haha. Last two years I've had quite a bit of trimming to do to get the tree inside

It is easy to go overboard only to get home and realize that what looked reasonable out in a field is quite a bit bigger in the house.

It's not going in the yard guys, it's going in the living room.

I've definitely made the mistake in the past of getting a little too excited picking the tree out only to need three guys to help me get it in the house and then need to get the chainsaw out in the living room. I will say the kids enjoyed that year a lot. I ended up having to put some anchors in the wall to help secure it from tipping\leaning.

Now I make sure to keep it under 10' as tempting as it is to be an idiot again. I'm sure one of these years I'll get amnesia and repeat the past anyway.

Looks like the Kirkwood farmer's market? Good thing it's been in the 60s this week in St. Louis. Normally picking up the Christmas tree with the soft top down may be a chilly proposition.

Just took delivery of my Badlands the day before Thanksgiving - yours look great!

Couldn't help but notice the police tape on the ground around your Bronco. Is that to keep the crowds of onlookers away? :ROFLMAO:

We are going to get our tree tonight and I was just planning on taking the F150, might have to rethink that now. I am sure the kids and squish in there for the 5 minute ride back to the house. 🤔

Yep, that's it! There's always a 60+ day in December it seems. I don't live far from there, the temp won't stop me from using this as my go-to tree transport method moving forward.

This worked for my soft top. Now I feel like a chump for buying the carrier.
