Class action law suit - consideration

Curious - for the few of us awaiting our “2021” Broncos with zero information regarding delivery...are there any lawsuits brewing out there to compensate consumers for potential impacts. To start off with -Depreciation of a 2021 vehicle being received sometime in 2022. Being misled if we choose to stay with a 2021, we’d get our vehicle ahead of 2022’s?? And I’m sure there’s more...Any thoughts? The way Ford is handling this is ridiculous. Curious how others in the same position feel?

Im no lawyer but there is no case against ford in this situation in my opinion. The vehicle is not yours. You dont have to buy it. So, you havent actually been injured in any way in this situation.

Its definitely frustrating but it is what it is, unfortunately.
