Yea, have been seeing those (yet have no qualms about rat-fur carpet in the cargo area myself).....

Besides, if my source is correct (remember, it's on very good authority) everybody will be happy and that delicious pineapple pizza sticker will be sent by the admin! If incorrect, then i'll be just as accurate as a Ford executive who has difficulty understanding the context difference between the words "by" and "in". Could use that Ford executive pay raise as well!
Who is confused on the word “by”???? :ROFLMAO:

Potato Potato, glass is half full or half empty.

Common usage my friend, common usage.
what about his actual quote, “by September at the latest”.

It’s obvious he means to include September if you go by common usage.

"I'll be there by monday" Does that mean by midnight on Sunday, or by 11:59 pm on Monday?

Common usage for many people, if they will do something "by" a date, is to do it by that date, but not on that date.

Soda, pop, coke........ All "common usage" and with region-dependent meanings. If I order a coke in Seattle, I get a coke. If I order a coke in Texas they ask me what flavor because coke means pop. Or does it mean soda? Ooooo, this is getting deep!
