Interesting, from the pictures I have seen thus far (and bronco materials backyard video), I have been under the impression that the BD upper dash was a smooth plastic. From these pictures it clearly looks like a textured material (Maybe soft touch???).

People on here have been back and forth on whether the dash is hard plastic or a soft touch material and I have always assumed the soft touch dash was part of the High/Lux package under the guise of extra sound deadening materials. Makes me wonder what the final interior material will actually be. I ordered a BD, so these closeups were helpful for me.

They really do. I have my BD order in with just the steelies right now and I am still waiting on my brain to decide on adding Sas and which engine I really need. Very tough.

I ordered the BB wondering now dash look cheap. I say this bc a friend at work drove a Sport BB said the dash looked cheap. I've seen several pictures but not seeing in person hard to tell!! I really like this BD dash though!!

The new F150 about a month ago on a cloudy day. It's so dark I didn't even realize it was AMB until I read the window sticker.

The soft tough dash was based off of one guy's guess that turned into a whole thread. I find it super odd that Ford hasn't said one thing about the upgraded dash/instrument panel, or whatever you want to call it. It may end up being you pay the big money and it is just the screw in pegs for the bring your own device rail. Who knows.

It was confirmed on BN awhile back that all the dash tops will be textured with the same finish
