12 weeks unpaid leave a year is possible in some cases.
I never used FMLA myself.

Yes I know, I work with FMLA at work, there has to be a justification for it's use. It has a set of limits the request I has to meet before it is approved.

When the financiers move against you, you know it's time for a new CEO, regardless on the amount of time they have been in the position.

Ford’s CEO needs to deliver by next quarter, or we’re moving on from the stock

From the articles I could find, Farley slammed absenteeism but it seems that it is across the industry(all auto manufacturers), including their suppliers and really across all industries.

Not a single mention of FMLA or it's abuse.

Jim Farley is done. Ford’s execution issues are way too deep for them to resolve in the next few quarters.

One of Fords biggest problems are recalls. Ford recalled more vehicles in 22 than any other manufacturer. Ford is trying to improve customer service at the dealer level thru new service programs when they should be focusing on building better vehicles.
