One of the service guys said "probably poor design"
Next one, my contact actually sat in the truck with me as we discovered that the passenger side works full blast, however, driver is probably 20%........
Leaving truck on Monday. Guessing a disconnected line/clamp...something simple. They can fix my rattling windows while there too.
I'll be back!

Well, next day after dropping it off….. COVID+
Haven’t left my bedroom since. The security alert on my app showed minimal time spent on it. I will pick it up tomorrow morning and bet on it not being fixed. Same “I feel the hot air” guy is who text me to pick up my cage.

to be continued

FWIW - I now have this same exact issue with my less than one week old Bronco. I'll swear though that when I drove it home and the first few days after, I did not have this problem.

Summary: Driver's side foot is weak, passenger side normal. Rear ducts are a "warm breath" so my 10yo daughter needs a blanket to ride back there. Side vents are like a hair dryer.

Same thing with mine. Passenger side floor is full blast where as the drivers side floor is minimal.

Rear floor vents don’t do much so ended up having heated seats installed in the rear so that helps for passengers

I’m not leaving. I’m not going anywhere.
that driver side portion of the floor vent is not working properly. @Ford Motor Company, this issue needs to be resolved.
i have to wear boots while my passenger complains it’s too hot. SOMETHING IS wrong

Good morning! Please send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealership info, and I'll look into this concern on my end.

I've got the same problem. Driver side floor vents don't work at all. When I set it to full blast, I hear a lot of air moving in the dash but feel nothing underneath. I haven't checked to see if there's air on the passenger side or rear. Sounds like this is a common issue. @Ford Motor Company should prob look into this being more than a one-off

Exactly! @Ford Motor Company ...... Something is definatlety wrong. We as consumers who have heard may say its working too well and others (myself included) need to wear gortex boots on cold days. That fan is misdirected... either software or mechanical. Fan blasts, very little velocity on drivers feet. Either way, bet it has to be a simple fix. Well, at least I hope it is. NO CHANCE THIS IS BY DESIGN...... not buying that
