Colorado Group Buy with Granger

Really happy i found this thread, my reservation was with Mike Naughton and they haven't been great with details so I'll probably be joining this group with Granger.

Theres one thing I don't understand, what is the benefit of getting the X plan? $1300 off with granger if you have the xplan, but doesnt xplan include a $275 fee?

So if you don't have xplan, granger only gives you $1000 off instead correct? So whats the difference? Thanks and sorry, first time buying a Ford

With X-plan it is -$1300 and a +$100 DOC fee, without X-Plan it is -$1000 and a +$180 DOC fee. So basically, it is a $380 less with X-Plan.

X-Plan does include a mandatory $275 fee. Granger's extra $300 for those with X-Plan is intended to help offset that.

Still trying to decide if I want to push my reservation back. My impulse wants the car sooner as I’m keeping this a secret and I don’t know how long I’m going to be able to do that. My conscience tells me I should wait and nab the extra $620 in savings. Might not even be anyone to transport with by the time my car is built if I delay it more.

I don’t want to switch then end up waiting more weeks or months for my Bronco. So I am potential for this Colorado shipping club

I am thinking about shipping however I will be changing my reservation this month so I can get the 2k before invoice. Are there enough people to do shipping later in the year when these orders are fulfilled?

Looks there were a few in our group that did that. Worst case scenario, you will have to pay the extra money to ship alone or find your way to IA and pick up the Bronco to drive it back.

I am going to switch to @Granger Ford but I will do a new reservation for October to take advantage of the additional discount. I will be living in France for at least 1 more year so I’m not in a rush.

Has anyone else done a new reservation? Just curious if we will have some CO buying group with deliveries around the same timeframe.
