if they offer me a soft top with the hard top prep kit installed I'll happily make the change today. But I'm keeping my $1k in pass points. And want the free headliner down the road when I order my MIC top at a hopefully reasonable price.

You asked for more communication, and here it is.

I am going back to my previous guess. The MIC top situation has not improved and they will be allocating all of them to First Editions for the rest of 2021. If you don't have a FE on order and you want a Bronco in 2021, you have to order a soft top, but they will pre-wire/build them with the hard top prep kit to order a hard top at a later date.

This would be logical. This is Ford though take logic and throw it out the window. They’re probably gonna offer more priority builds.

I would be great with that if they allow Wildtraks to have a soft-top option. Currently WTs are in the same sinking boat as FEs with MICs. IF the MIC is the only big issue. I have yet to understand the WT constraints if builds like a BB or OBX get 2.7, SAS, Tow, etc. and jump a WT (same dealer). Must be the hood graphic.
