So, I don't know if/how/where anyone else might be lodging complaints about the lack of package options on the lower models, but I went to Ford.com, and in the lower righthand side, they have the little on call agent helper thingy where someone answers your questions and guides you along..... anyway, gave them my 2 cents as an avenue to get a message across, if you guys are also interested in firing off some messages.

Yeah, Alice doesn't have a lot of pull....they only thing that would force them to change things like that is if the reservation conversion to order percentage is abysmal....and then only for the 2022 MY. This year's builds are baked....

Why would someone complain about the lack of options for lower end vehicles? If you need more options then you would purchase the higher end vehicle. The lower end vehicles are for those who don't need more than the basics or are buying a builder. No disrespect but that makes zero sense.

I understand that, but it doesn't hurt to try and as some have posted before in other threads, I too, think it's ridiculous that you'd have to get to somewhere close to 50K model in order to get some better options. That's ridiculous.

But if you added those higher packages it would just put you in line price wise with the already existing higher trims...not really seeing the point. I could, maybe, see adding the High package as low as the Black Diamond. That would give it some more differentiation from the Big Bend and the High package doesn't add a ton of things.

Yeah, that's kind of where I'm at. I feel the "high" should start lower in the line up and then the
"Lux" should start at the Badlands.

Either their internet team is small or it's a bot. I too spoke to Alice a few days ago complaining the 360 view for the Bronco was the Bronco Sport...although within 24 hours the issue was corrected.

Maybe because you can get a BASE toyota camry etc. that have some of the options Ford wants us to upgrade 3 model levels, and add a $5k package. So, $10k extra for basic things... this will turn me off for sure, since Bronco is supposed to be nice on road just as off-road...
