Nope. This is the exact definition of lemon law eligibility in Texas.
Great to have a lemon law attorney here!
Thanks for what you’ve already done my friend.

Not impressive, but the loooong waits to get things fixed has to be terrible. If it was the same issues but you were in and out it may not seem so bad. Good luck!

Texas Lemon laws indicate if they haven't resolved the issue and it's been in the shop more than 30 days in the first 2 years of ownership it can qualify.
I believe you have done your research. While I am not familiar with Texas law, I would agree you have a case for lemon law. If you do not feel that you will be comfortable with the vehicle, it might be the route you need to take. It sucks, and I am sorry that you don't get to enjoy you Bronco like most others have been.

If you do have it bought back under lemon law just know they are under no obligation to price match to a replacement vehicle, or expedite a new vehicle delivery. There is no law that states they have to do that.

Sorry to hear about your trouble... I'm sure its not just a Ford Bronco thing... I am trading in my 2017 Silverado single cab... it spent more time at the dealership than in front of my house... even a 12 month stretch in the dealer repair shop...

Chevy just did a final check for me to make sure it was in good shape to sell or trade... but here's the #'s
2017 Chevy Silverado single cab.. 4X4... 13,500 miles:( ALways been a Chevy man but a little sour with them now... hope the Bronco is better... not perfect just better is the dream:)

None of those concerns would qualify for lemon law provisions in any of the states I’ve lived in, but you’re obviously welcome to research your state.
Your Avatar info says you live in Arizona.

Out of service for more than 30 days = Lemon Law Trigger.
Both in our state of AZ as well as the OP's state of Texas.

Sorry to hear you think lemon law requires a law degree to comprehend. It is a very consumer friendly law, that is written in a way any average Joe can understand and act on without the need for an attorney. We all can’t be average I guess.

Easier to just sell it once it's fixed. Unless i missed something, i only count 3 repairs. Seems more of a dealer service/parts issue than never ending list.

Did you have to pay for your own vehicle rental while the Bronco was in the shop or how does that work? And how fast can the car drive in limp mode?

Anecdotal experience and all... but only time I've ever had a major issue with a new vehicle was with a Ford (2014 Focus ST). It went into limp mode and all lights came on. Got it to the dealership. They had it for two weeks and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. In my state (NC), lemon law is 20 days out of service within first year. Ford didn't even bother to try to fix it - they just told me it was "Lemoned" and bought it back. Shrug.

If you're in a situation trying to resolve repairs & reimbursements, it's good to know you are not totally at the mercy of Ford Corporate responses

If the problems are not being resolved in reasonable ways, some people file a Case w BBB and let them arbitrate - w great results
- if you agree w the decision by BBB AUTO LINE ( 800-955-5100 ), then Ford has to comply within 30-days
- this process is described in Bronco Owner's Manual - pages 469 & 470 - ( below )
@Lucchese, excellent suggestion, thank you. Please send me a PM about our posts we both had last night, thanks @North7

I've had a 4 door Bronco Outerbanks 2.7L for just over a year now, though it has been plagued by never-ending list of warranty repairs.

Earlier this year it was in the shop for a few weeks waiting for the entire top panel of the soft top to be replaced because the fabric tore right off the overhead bars above the driver's seat.
Later in June I went to take it on some trails and something in the front differential ground up, causing me to limp back to a dealer out of state stuck in 4L. They confirmed THAT was a warranty issue, and it took over a month just waiting for parts before it was repaired.
Now my local dealer is telling me it needs to wait over two months for either parts or staff availability to repair a faulty oil pump or something that's causing my oil pressure sensor and check engine light to go off. They first wanted to just send me home when they couldn't replicate the warning, and then tried replacing a solenoid which didn't solve anything.

All of this leading to a cross country trip in a few weeks I had been planning to take my vehicle on for almost a year! I don't know what solution I'm going to be able to find with Ford Corporate or my dealerhsip, but at this point I'm thinking of looking at Lemon laws and another Make of ORV.
I am skeptical when someone reports their differential or transfer case has ground up. I have seen too many people abuse the crap out of vehicles. I have witnessed people literally redlining and doing a transmission dump to new vehicles, crazy! I'm not saying you did that, just skeptical this happened with normal use. That said, I've owned my Bronco for 6 months and it has not had a single issue. It is a 2.3L soft stop. I wanted a hard to but went with soft for the obvious reason, but I am happy with the factory hard top. The fabric and mechanism works well, I don't see how it could just rip off the bars unless you had a seriously defective one. That said, if you don't like the Bronco why not just sell? The Market is still very strong.

For example, it seems lots of people have trouble w reimbursements - you can read posts by many of the blown-engine survivors

And if the repair problems are all w same dealer, then prob try another, as @AMTRV said

Be a shame to go lemon/buyback - w current Bronco unobtainium

If Ford is telling you that you should use the BBB, you can take it to the bank that the BBB is being funded by Ford. The BBB is a business protection racket that tries to shake down small businesses for 'protection'. They are the worst kind of scum and have the interest of the people who pay them, and not the consumer. Just follow the money.

Read the audit available on the BBB Auto Line website of this program, it's not exactly rosy.
