Just because there are 6, you don't have to use all of them. I'd most likely be using 2. One for ditch lights and the other for pod lights above the windshield.

1. Fog lights
2. Ditch lights
3. Overhead light bar
4. Rear lights ( I like them on a switch vs the reverse wires)
5. Winch
6. Rock lights
Or your rock lights could be tied into the marker lights and that COULD open up that last slot for you.

The accessory rail looked to have two versions on preproduction mules. I am unaware of anyone seeing either one as an actual option for production. Hopefully not another vaporware tease from Ford. Sometimes feels like we're getting asked to fund a Kickstarter based on a lot of promised features that haven't been actually made.
I always looked at the $100 reservation fee as the largest interest free loan in automotive history, but I’m old. Kickstarter campaign works too.

Damn, I’ve been shooting land torpedoes like playing air guitar for years. Now I‘ll have the real thing! Load up tubes one thru six.

Accessory rail, WW2 Sherrill M6 compass with guts removed and replaced with thumb drive for music, SpotX satellite messenger and perhaps phone mount.

The M6 compass was used in tanks, Jeep’s etc during WW2. My dad had one mounted in his car after the war. He keeps everything. I decided to restore it and my attempt failed. The exterior was in great shape. I removed inner parts and will now wire it with usb cable and then mount a 500gb-1tb thumb drive inside. Here is an example...
