Honestly, I'm not sure. It's another incomplete answer from Mike. However, it makes me think that Ford decided not to pair the Mid with the manual on the Black Diamond because not enough people were selecting it... But that's like the chicken or the egg question, which came first? People can't select what's not offered on B&P

I still think they underestimated take rates and the solution was to attach the 10A to the Mid, or bump you up to a BL. Figure, if you want it bad enough to get both, then you’re gonna pay for it.
