Connected Nav reset to Dearborn Michigan

4,000 miles in since delivered 9/2 and this happens to the connected navigation today. I was in Philly. I thought that the free trial expired but after checking that’s good til 11/28.
has this happened to anyone else?

You're missing GPS signal. Soft top? I've seen people mention once or twice that it can interfere. The antenna for the sat stuff is on the rear cross beam under the top IIRC.

Try restarting the Sync 4. Instructions attached.
