Steering wheel: The Badlands steering wheel is the simplest rubber wheel on the market. Were it not for the electronic controls, it would feel like surplus from an old Escort. The upgraded, leather-wrapped wheel offered in an option package and standard on the Outer Banks is much nicer.
Driver’s seat: Drivers who like to tilt the cushion upward for better thigh support will be disappointed. As the seat rises, it actually reduces thigh support because it raises only the rear part of the cushion. Larger drivers will feel too big for this seat; the bottom cushion feels short in length and there isn’t enough bolstering to hold you in place well.
