Milwaukee all the way
I bought this bad boy after failing to remove a few bolts with my older Ryobi impact:
DEWALT DCF911P2 20V MAX* 1/2 in. Cordless Impact Wrench with Hog Ring Anvil Kit - - Amazon.com
It even removed the rear lower shock bolt with ease, too. However, as others stated, you can't go wrong with Milwaukee either. Might catch the end of a Memorial Day sale somewhere too and get an even better deal.

Makita is the best. Milkwaukee next. DeWalt is best price/quality however not all DeWalts are created equal - I would recommend you stick with the Max XR line that is assembled in the USA (with global materials). Avoid the atomic line.

Personally I have a rigid that came in a complete set. Once that dies out Milwaukee all the way.
We went with Makita because it is good but also because we have other Makita tools and have the battery and charger. They can cost close to the tool itself.

I have a DeWalt 20v brushless that I'm pretty sure would break loose a welded lag bolt!
At work, we have used normal milwaukee 1/4 and 1/2 drive and have used them in rainy wet conditions and they get soaked but out preform anything else we have...
