I'm sure they'll take some knowledge and maybe some parts from the Troller T4, but the body shape doesn't match up. Roofline is wrong, wheel arches are wrong, front overhang is too short. This may have been one of the design directions they were originally considering, but it is way too much of a Wrangler knockoff and not nearly enough Ford Bronco heritage. The side mirrors seems about right though, and I hope they use solid axles like the Troller.

I doubt we'd see the 5 cylinder diesel the troller uses either, even though that has been modified for use in the US. The V6 from the F150 and Land Rover might make it into the Bronco, but a diesel of any kind is quite iffy. I would guess one of the V6 Ecoboost engines with good torque will take that spot in the engine lineup.

To me the Troller has more of the look of the Suzuki Sidekick Geo Tracker.

I was thinking Suzuki Samurai, which is itself a kei-car type miniature Jeep knockoff meant for the narrow streets and tight quarters of Japan's older urban infrastructure.

I don't see any hints to the broncos of the past in the Troller so I am going to assume its not going to look like that. I am sure Ford is going to have some design cues from the original broncos in the G6. It has to look like it is a Bronco made in 2020, not a Geotracker made in 2020.

Its not. Not even close. The troller has only become a popular speculation because of Ford's connection with the Brazilian company. The 2020 will be a proprietary design of Fords US division.
